CNC Machining
We operate 157sets of Japanese CNC lathes, mill-turn centers, and multi-axis milling machines, supported by a workforce of 200 employees. This includes a specialized R&D team of over 50 senior CNC technicians. We have also established a dedicated project unit responsible for part machining, process design, and mass production introduction for customers’ new product development, ensuring smooth and successful product launches.
At DUSHI, we deliver high-quality CNC machining of stainless steel, aluminum alloys, engineering plastics, and special steels, along with surface treatments such as sandblasting, grinding, heat treatment, and laser etching.
